Since 2007. But no more.
Has to be a scam somehow as these bikes are $1700 in the USA.

Unless it is a genuine mistake.
I know some one who saw these kids 3 wheel scooters on eBay priced as free with free p&p, so he ordered 50 and got them.
Sold them off at £45 each!

It's almost worth risking £78 to find out!

It's via PayPal so in theory your money should be safe.

The only way I can see it being a scam is if the link to PayPal is fake and gives them access to your PayPal account.

not long enough
They make reference to delivery taking up to 30 days, I wonder if this would then be too late to file a paypal dispute when nothing turns up?

its got to be a scam its a new account no feedback and the scammer hopes that people say (its almost worth risking £78) 100 people £78 = £7800 in a couple of days then account shuts down not bad way of making money and no offences have been committed under English law so police not interested,
IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE ETC ETC

Yep I guess you could spend the cash just to not get the item and try and get the cash returned back via the non existent pay pal account? I would leave it if I were you.

Read the pay pal conditions I highlighted again and ask yourself if it is a true PAYPAL conditions statement. Far too many spelling / english mistakes for an American bayer don't you think?

:))

It's a scam...... I've been doing eBay quite a lot for years, the seller has been a member since 2008 and only bought something more than a year ago.. Test purchase. The account is a bulk buy account where scammers apply for lots of accounts and sell them off.
They will get lots of orders in but won't start getting any complaints on non delivery until over 30 days...! (See delivery time) then you have to go through complaints procedure with eBay and pay pal.... Another 30 days... And he's done a runner with all the money from a temporary bank account so then paypal can't claim money back off him.... And let me tell you from experience, getting money back from Paypal is near non existent...!
Pay at your own peril ......

It's a Chinese seller whatever it says the location of the item is. When you list you can say an item is anywhere you choose. Even the genuine ones often have spelling and grammar like that although I agree that this one looks like a scam attempt.

Interestingly this one has the same mistranslated PayPal rules of payment.

Possibly Google translate?

Also, as a new rule of thumb, if a Paypal statement has the word Urination in it, they are certainly taking it.
If you get my drift :)

since 2006 ( I think ! )
It is 60 days grace period with PayPal.. so the 30 day delivery is well within the time you have to raise a dispute

no great surprise there then....no chance of any of the 10 getting a bargain

i never buy anything big or expensive from china as too much hassle sorting out customs and paying more in duty than the purchase price

Actually I got scammed over a Mag smart box for around £75.00, the real owner of the account was away and did not get my messages until well after 30 days.
I raised a complaint that it was a fraudulent sale and PayPal refunded me in full.

I have raised the issue of items not received, more than once, especially when using a Spanish address and have been reimbursed by PayPal every time.
