Ourselves and Pat1951 are leaving Benidorm next Tuesday 29th and going to Salou area for 10 nights. We have looked at a few potential sites and were wondering if anyone could recommend any that have proved to be good.
We want a site with access to the beach, swimming pool on site, EHU, preferably a restaurant on site though not essential and no more than 18 a night.
Thanks
Graham and Jean, Pat and Trish

Only know one not far from Salou , between Cambrils and Miami -Playa, called Playa Montroig!

At least a four stars one , beach, swimming pool, restaurant , dancing (one inside one outside) bar, wifi everywhere. Electricity, superduperhyperduper toilet blocks, supermarket, English newspapers, to name but a few things. All languages spoken or nearly
A bit expensive , a bit less once you've reached 60 or is it 65?? but indeed well worth it!

Oh and I forgot to say it shuts end of October! My mum told me yesterday!
We used to go there every year since I was 13. Then I stopped when married, but my sister still goes every year with our parents , and her daughter will probably do so for a long time....

I have been to Sanguli a few times its an excellent site and in the town.
we saw Sanguli and it is on our short list. They show up to 70E a night but emailed and they quoted 21E for pensioners , which sounds good for a luxury site. They are in the ACSI recommended book.

Thats cheap I paid a lot more than that last October, lots of Brits at Sanguli but Spanish invasion for Halloween.

Camping La Siesta is almost in the heart of Salou.. Mins away for everything..
Went there for years on cheap coach holidays and later in the Motorhome. You would need to go on their website or email ref rates..

thanks. Looks ideal but... Jean has poor motability so need one on the beach so she has somewhere to soak up the sun while I go for a bike ride.

All sorted. Staying on Sanguli as recommended by Steve B123. Got a good deal off them and a luxury site too. 21E as against their highest rate of 70E. Thanks for the advice.

I hope you enjoy it as much as we did, the most popular spot was Zone W near Toilet block 3 there is water on these pitches. Be careful of the overhanging branches on the trees when going on to the pitch.
