We're we had ehu for the firstime !!then to Devon far too hilly for my short legs ! And very windy ! Which prompted a scan ont web to book a ferry so now sat by the sea in Brittany !! Gona start making our way south slowly, by the way we are from yorkshire and are in our early to mid ,fiftys !

Since 1964 Gosh that makes me feel old.
Very similar to ourselves. I was brought up with motorhomes but had caravans for over 30yrs & now onto motor home & we're staggered by the freedom. Spent last weekend on the Carrick hills just south of Ayr beach to watch the Scottish airshow, simply brilliant.

Welcome aboard, this is a wonderful forum & everyone is ultra helpful.

Robert & Hazel.

Hello and welcome.
I think I recognise that campsite and that very pitch. Cannot remember the name but is it on the The Pink Granite Coast by any chance?
