Panels arrived this morning with brackets and connectors. I fitted these in conjunction with my existing 125w panel in parallel. All working well and charging batteries nicely 82% SOC at 17:00 and at 17:10 93% SOC so far so good. Got it done before the rain comes in Friday.
:clap2:
Now time for an Ale or 2.

Pictures?
I will take some tomorrow. The ones I added are semi flex from friendly-green-giant (Ebay) first class service. Fixing brackets allow airflow. The quality of the panels is very good.
Fixing Brackets.

The panel fixes on to the brackets via 6 eyelets and then Sikaflexed to the roof.

Its what made my mind up to fix semi flex as opposed to rigid. It took about an hour in total to prep roof and once the panels were attached to the brackets it was just a matter of marking position Sikaflexing brackets and fitting into position. I had to lift the rigid panel to access the connection box as it was a direct run to my controller to make new connections.

Andy I will supply some pictures tomorrow. I have been instructed I have to spend this afternoon drinking & eating in the Halzephron Inn at Gunwalloe.
On another note I have been looking at Alphaline DC24 & DC31 leisure batteries but the only DC31 I can find is Hankook am I right in assuming they are rebadged Alphalines.
Your thoughts would be appreciated.
Phil.
