Hello

We are off on our first MH trip to France next month. What precautions should we take against being 'gassed'?

Though I don't believe in gassing, I'd take sensible precautions like not parking in motorway Aires at night, or leaving anything valuable on view or within reach of a window.
Don't worry about gassing, just relax and enjoy yourselves

Ask your insurer what they expect of you.
An expensive gas detector may be required. Hopefully it will cost less than the £2000 the gas robber will be looking for :clap2::clap2::clap2:

You have been on here since July last year you should have seen some threads about gassing since then. What should concern you even more than gassing is if your knowledge about motor homing in general is as good as your knowledge about gassing, you Have a serious learning curve to negotiate.:)

I could go on holiday for you instead if that helps; you should see my DailyMail "I've been robbed" face - I look miserable as sin :)
