My oyster remote has gone tits up...

No control at all, the stations are just scrolling through astra one then starting over again...

Where can I source a new one???

The Vanbitz website won't load and nothing on the ten Haaft site...

Any ideas appreciated...

I did a hard reset(turned the tuner off and then back on) and it's working again...

I have no idea why...
