There is a farm on the top that you can park in a field , but if you do don't do what we did and go by the back way into the town(n):(

The new car park at the top of Port Isaac is apparently suitable for motorhomes according to the latest MMM motorhome parking supplement.

we went in by the back road it was very narrow and we were in a car
We went down that road , lost all wheel discs on the steps, when we got to the bottom , they were filming doc Martin and the town was cut off but they never expected anyone to come that way, and they had to stop filming while they guided us through:)

We were in Port Isaac recently, and I remember saying I would NOT come near this place in our motorhome. Park and walk or cycle somewhere near but not too close. Its the same at Padstow.

Yeah but we had no idea what it was like , but we went to padstow, never had any problem there as I can remember , parked on the quay and had Rick steins fish and chips in the van

Can't help with parking or campsites I'm afraid but spent many holidays there when I was a child. There used to be a small alley between some houses round the back streets opposite The Splat called 'Squeeze Belly Alley'.

i was parked at port Issac last night , i would park my mh outside of the town and come in by foot or ebike , you will never get a mh through port Issac , there is a 6ft width restriction in the town , the car park where i parked my car last night was no use for a MH, there was one campsite closer to port quin but it looked like a farmers field , nothing else

Yes it was a couple of years ago when we went but we had the old ldv van then , no hope of getting down there in the one we have now, but there is quite a few unofficial farmers fields around there.
