hello,

I am writing this on behalf of my mum who is currently at the beginning of her 6 week European holiday. They are currently in Trier and there Dometic fridge has stopped working on gas. I have searched the Dometic database and cannot find a dealer near them them.
Can anyone help???

It could be a blocked regulator.........eventually shutting down cooker as well.

They are level, they can here gas, the clickers then sound. They can here the flame ignite. But the fridge/freezer isn't getting cold.

If it is very warm outside where they are .......sometimes the fridge will work better if they set it to a lower setting. ( as like no 2 instead of no 5)

If theres a flame but its not cooling it could be a dirty gas jet or blocked flue. This is presuming that it works fine on mains
