Hi
Does anyone have info or can shed some light on the fitting of crew cab seats
(The double passenger seat normally found in vans)
Our son gets travel sick when traveling in the rear and so i was wondering if one of these seats would fit straight in our new shape 2007 ducato, so that all three of use could sit up front.
i think that they should no problems as most car manufacturers standardize parts including the floor panels but i have never managed to find anyone who had a answer
Don't want to purchase only to find i need both seats from a van
would i only need the passenger seat or is the van seat narrower? arm rests etc
The only problem i see would be restricted access to the rear but when thinking back we never use the front seats when camping
Thanks

Your term crew cab seats I think is incorrect for your needs, is it the front twin pasenger seat that you mean, if so yes it will more that likely bolt straight in after locating the holes, the seat has its own framing and the centre belt will more that likely come with the seat
there is one on e-bay now Link Removed

when i converted my traffic ambulance to m.home
the double seat was interchangeble with a single seat from another traffic
ebay won a traffic swivel seat boted straight in
as a coincidence i also drove from new a traffic the same age
and that had a single seat from new all the bolt holes were there

f you are goining to change a single to a double try a firm locally that converts new vans to abulances or mini buses they often remove and discard front seats
