Spare Wc Cassette (1 Viewer)

So we are thinking of buying a spare cassette. We think (??) ours is a C200 (no wheels etc).

Can we buy a C250 (with wheels)? Will it fit? They look very similar just one has wheels.

Have seen some "used" ones on ebay but frankly the thought of that makes me shudder!

Yeah found those, slightly cheaper from here and can pick up on way past to a site (building, not camping) I have to visit.

I bought a small folding 2 wheel truck for less than 20 quid from costco and this has been a very handy thing to have when the chemical toilet place is a long way from my van as the weight of a full cassette is quite a lot especially with arthritic hands .

I bought one at Wrenbury Bring and Buy Meet 6 yrs ago for £3
It's still going strong.

The difference is I know where mine has come from! What if you bought one with floaty bits?

The vast majority of SH vans come with SH toilets and, in all probability, SH cassettes

We bought a SH C200 cassette at a local car boot sale in May, but only after I had opened the flap to check that it had been cleaned sufficiently
Once we got it home I gave it a good clean myself using toilet wipes for the mechanism and bio washing liquid for general swilling out (same as I do with ours a couple of times a year). Wearing rubber gloves it isn't the worst job in the world
