One of my favourite too, with a very dry and nice white wine and garlic and Persil in the juice!!
....And of course a crunchy fresh baguette to dip in the juice ... Yummy ... I'm dreaming of holidays...

Indeed - had a brilliant Moules at the Wheatsheaf, Edith Weston with both fries & bread... the fries unfinished because the bread was essential.Moules pain is not a bad substitute, far better for mopping up the juice

I love Snails done that way yumTypical ! Parsley .... of course! We usually put it wherever you have Garlic! Snails are cooked with a special butter made up with garlic and parsley .... but ...snails are another story
