I'm a newbie
I am getting a 2007 Peugeot Boxer Compass Motorhome. The handbrake , on the right side is rather low for my short hands. I find I have to bend sideways to grip the brake. If I have to utilise the brakes often I might feel the effects of it after a drive.
Can only find ONE type of handbrake extender on the market; this product has a 6 weeks delivery date.
Has anyone fixed one onto their handbrake, found it useful? Any tips, suggestions would be very helpful.

A long time now
I have fitted a kobran to a previous van that was ok but beware your butt when getting out of van it tends to stick right where you dont want it , Unlike the rare spares one which I bought from a funster which does fold down and is a much better made product:LOL:

On and off for many years.
We have a kobran extender (won't let me post the web address for some reason but you can google it).

Wouldn't be without it now. It's a bit strange to start with but you soon get used to it :)

This Kobran extender that Techno100 posted is the only one for sale. I couldn't open the web address to see if they are legit either.
Wish I actually see the extender on a handbrake before I purchase one. Any Funster near Reading with this attachment on their motor?

The one I posted is a rarespares extender NOT a kobran which gets a poor review for x25o chassis
I would not use a kobran myself

I use the Kobran type and find it works well. Just remember to be careful when getting in and out of the cab.

I have rarespares one... couldn't drive without it now... it will knock out of position if getting out of drivers door. Solution: use passenger door instead. Yes, takes a bit of getting used to, but its habit now..

I agree
Only issue I have is the rubber grip keeps sliding up the handle. A cure for this is hairspray as used for bar grips on mountain bikes. I'm bald so I keep forgetting to but some
