Trying to access the above website but keep getting "The provider has closed this website" or similar.
Is it just me or is there some other problem (like I'm a doughball and got the wrong web address!)

We were more than happy with our unit on our last van, and customer support when a power surge from a generator bank shorted the unit, phone call bring old one in and collect replacement. Fault was with genny set up not the sargent unit. only wish we had it on this van, then the solar etc might actually work.

We were at our dealer's with a problem, they decided they needed to replace the unit, phone Sargent, we camped on the carpark overnight (full EHU etc), new one arrived, fitted & on our way before 9 the next morning. Brilliant!

I suspect their hosting provider or web designers have shut the shop after non payment of their bill
This could be as simple as Sargents credit card has expired / been cancelled, resulting in their monthly subscription not being paid
Having said that, hosting companies normally try and contact the website owner before shutting them down
