Good man ! Had the weber on 3 times in the last week, got up this morning to snow on the fell tops and a nip in the air :(

Not sure if it needs more air or less, but sounds like there was a build up of gases in the smoker and it suddenly ignited.

Possibly let a bit more air into it and improve top ventilation?

I'm assuming of course the venison is actually dead and the lid wasn't kicked off. :)

not to bothered abut it was just flash in the pan :Eeek:
