I think they are pretty readily available. I know Highbridge sell them if that's any use.

Frankly, I think that type of locker / door catch is next to useless.. no sooner replaced and they start to wear out again.

I would consider replacing with the type fitted to RVs ..

Out of interest, whats different about the rivets?
They're called 'peel-back' rivets. Instead of 'bulging' like normal pop-rivets they split into four sections and curl back. They aren't as strong as normal pop-rivets for most jobs but they're stronger in thin panels.
