So 25,000 euros to do it and keep the bike afterwards - might be worth getting a new ass? Piles of money worth the piles?

Or is your glass permanently half empty??? If I were a biker I would be up for it no matter how many bits fell off...

It's an old saying but worth repeating. 95% of all Harleys ever made are still on the road. Luckily for the owners of the other 5%, they made it home.;)

They'd have to pay me a lot more than €25000 to ride that bloody thing around Europe and I definitely wouldn't wanna keep it.

Sounds like a good deal, €25K + a £20 bike what's not to like? I'd love to do it but I have a business to run & a lady & a dog to keep happy!

My son lives in Thailand, He had an Harley for a while, the reverse gear failed, cost a fortune to fix, he soon got rid ( who needs a reverse gear on a motorbike anyway ?)

I had 4 Goldwings over the years,3 had reverse. You would be surprised how hard to pull nearly 500kgs out of a parking space.
I am 16 st and built like a brick built ----- but was very glad of reverse sometimes!
