Have been offered a 2004 Elnagh Slim 6g by a friend here in Benidorm. I knew the original owner well, but since he sold it the van has developed a couple of bruises to the plastic skirts. I have emailed to a company that will make me new ones from fibreglass using the originals as moulds. After this and a good clean and polish it would look like new, and in fact better than new. Its done 70000kms which is roughly 42000, full service history, full garage with fixed bed over, Oyster sat, solar and bike rack. It has the 2.8 JTD engine. I recon on spending £1000 on refurbishments so how do you value the thing when done as I have no idea.

Just Googled that make & model Looks like a nice van. I'm just curious but whats the price?

They are asking 15000 Euros, but am looking at 13000. After spending £1000 on it and bringing it back to the UK and then registering it, it will possibly stand me at somewhere in the region of £13500 if they will except 13000 Euros. Am just enquiring if its going to be worth my while as I have no idea what this type of van would be worth when fixed up and UK registered.

If in good condition I would say a 2004 £18-19k - I'm not a dealer though

When I sold my Burstner (2004 model) I tried £21,5000 - no interest

Dropped the price to £19,500 and could have sold it twice over one weekend!

The buyer asked if I would go lower - I said no -where can you find a cheaper one - paid full price(y)

Not a lot of 2004 quality vans below £20,000
