Shipped over from the States October 2013... Having gone through a $12,000.. substantial, expensive refit, partial Body off respray, (Photo`s available) Seat`s recovered, in original spec`s, new Carpet, most Chrome redone. New tyre etc etc..

It has the 2 speed Dyna auto gearbox and the 5.3 Nailhead 322cu in V8.

Genuine 54K miles.. Very few of this model in this condition left..

This is 100% original.... "NO" power Steering or Brake`s.. Not 100% concurs, but nearly, needs a little work on window trim`s etc..

I bought this to take to show`s with the wife driving this and me the motorhome... But two & a half "Ton" of No power anything.... and she cannot handle it.. (It`s a man car )....

Draws a crowd where ever you park...

I have my eye on a similar motor, but with power brakes and steering.. But cannot buy till this has gone,, due to garage space,, will just fit in an oversize single garage.. with 7ft door width..

Fully UK registered.... Free Road Tax & MOT exempt.. & Cheap Classic Car Insurance... (Me.. £120 per year)..

There is one in America, similar condition for $35,000, and one in Australia for 33k Australian dollars...

Open to sensible offers.... PM me and I will get back to you.. Few photo`s..

It even says special on the lid of the "Trunk" Mo, I think you should keep it just because you are so 'SPESHUL.'

Strangely enough...... Elvis bought a Pink one or had one sprayed pink for his mum...

I was talking to a guy at a local show I went to and he thought it was still under wraps at "Graceland".... dont know how true that is.. :)

Is it not worth getting the steering and brakes converted? Shouldn't be too difficult with an electric P/S unit and a servo for the brakes. Plenty of specialists out there.
Cheers, Dave(y)

Thanks for the suggestion, Dave..... Been told if I alter anything it will knock £££££££`s off the value.. :(

As it would not be 100% as it came from the factory... not sure how true that is... :)

People seem to have forgotten how to drive Atkinson Artics with no PS, and air brakes! Even double-de-clutching is now thought of as a sexual offence. Part of the 'mystique' of old cars is that you drive them when the roads are jam free, and whilst wearing a flying helmet!. Nice car Mo, not me, but hey, anything built before Tony Blair was born has got to be worth having! :)

It would mean you could enjoy the car and adaptations can be removes when you came to sell later....
Cheers, Dave(y)

My first truck when I worked for the R.N. was a Mamoth Major, 6 wheeler.. in 1965...
Did hundreds of thousands of miles in that ole girl.. Reg N0 00RN02.. First trips I did in her was down to Falmouth stacked up with barrels & barrels of detergent when the "Torry Canyon" ran aground loaded up with crude oil..

Double de clutch and if you went pasted half way travel... you didn`t stand a chance of changing gear.... just a humungus grating of gear teeth..

Air brakes were brill, stop on a tanner...

But slow turning and parking up was one foot on the dash board and struggle like hell on the wheel.. and bounce it round on the clutch..

Hand brake was a rachet up to put it on and throw it down as hard as you can to release.... if you racheted it up to much it was a sod to get off..

And if you were a naughty boy you had a week of shifting trailers round the Naval Base with one of these..:giggler:
