An open fish finger (2) sandwich; yesterday was homemade carrot and chestnut soup. Hard to resist the Basic Sainsburys dark choc bars (36p!) that I know are sitting in the cupboard.

Since 2009 with motorhomes several caravans then tents before that.
Sounds like the two after the five day.
It's my fast day today. I've had a poached egg on a slice of toasted Burgen bread for lunch. For tea I'm having an Asda low and counted ready meal and a muller lite yoghurt. It takes me to just over 500 cals. ( I have to cook gammon egg , proper chips and beans for everyone else's tea too :()

I've lost 12lb since the 5 th of January so it's working !
Weigh in tomorrow. Hoping to reach a stone!
Then I've only 1/2 a stone to my target.
If anyone wants to join us funsters on the 5/2 diet group. Your more than welcome.

May one enquire, why you have given up fat Buttons? I see you said that somewhere else. It is an essential part of a balanced diet.

Trans fats are indeed a health hazard, but butter isn't a trans fat. It's fine as long as the cows that produce the milk for it aren't fed with corn and muck like that. We don't tend to do that in the UK - more of an American problem. Most of ours eat grass when it's green or hay made from it, when it isn't.

On and off for many years.
Salad.... yummy. Home made lentil and quinoa soup for tea followed by baked haddock, green beans and rice. Not sure if the rice will be brown, red or black.

Fasting blood test this afternoon, got to do the morning tomorrow. I hate doing the evening one.

I'm enjoying every fictitious mouthful of (nearly) everyone else's lunch!

Chris I could normally find you a morsel or two but we had two of the teenage granddaughters here this afternoon plus their mother, they'd had no lunch since the fitter's at their house laying a wood laminate floor - so who knows if they've left us anything?

Two Holland's meat pies. (y)

Iceland at Albufeira sell frozen Hollands pies cheaper than the Supermarket prices when we were back at Christmas, but not meat pies. Still got 2 Steak & Kidney and 2 Cheese & Onion in the freezer for special occasions.:)
