hi , the guy parked next to me has a problem with his water heater. he says his batteries dropped below 11 volts and the heater cut out ,then he took the van for a spin and also gave them a good charge from his solar but since then his truma combi won't work at all. his batteries are up to 13 v now and i have checked the fuse but there still seems to be no power there at all. anyone have any ideas? cheers sean.

Similar thing happened to me, assumed it was an electrical problem because I jump started the van and blew some fuses, long story short after much arsing around, found that mice had chewed through a feed cable under the drivers seat!!

I will have a look and pull the fuse tomorrow , cheers

I pulled all the fuses at the main distribution panel on the In Law's van.
On theirs it was supplied via one of the 'aux' fuses.
The heater could be supplied from anywhere on yours.
Remember to reset the auto drain valve afterwards!
