We went to Southport and saw you parked up by the main entrance, walked round a couple of times but once you was chatting to someone and not around the next.
Sadly the rally is going to be the last one we do there as it seems now one rule for one and another for others. Its a long story but we will never park there again (other than the rally).
Mind you we have brought a lot of trade to Southport..

I wonder if one of the other car parks would accommodate us then .. seeing as we DO bring so much trade to the town ... even the Just Looking shop which sells amazing scarves at £1 each .. just up the road from Weatherspoons .... There is a car park across the way from the usual which is £5 a day. Wonder whether they interested? Got lots of family problems at the moment or I would try and help in some way ..

Your rally is one of the best ever will be so sad to see it go.

The owner is fine of course he wants us to stay and will do whatever he can.
Please do not stop using it as it is a good spot.

We just seem to be having a problem with Nevs Den, who is or is not allowed to use it. We had friends come as a surprise for New Year, we asked if they had room at 1pm for them to come and join us and at 9pm we were still waiting then told well theres 2 at the back in a rather snappy tone so told them to stick it and spent the evening in the RV.
Friends came out at 11-55 to spend with us so a nice little group of us in the car park

Not sure what Nev's Den has to do with your rally in June. Surely with all the activities you have organized, no one will be wanting to go in the Den anyway.

Don't give up on a rally venue because of one hiccup. Who knows why they were stressed out at that time.

We are still doing the rally this year after long talks with the owners and not the car park attendant and we will see how it all works out.
