Our tour guide (Judith) and my apps manager (Martin) offered to drive us to near Mazzaron for a walk n the hills between there and Cartagena! Er indoors said thanks what a good idea!!!! pffft piccies below.

Tend to work on time so around 3 hours and we cover two and a half to three mph depending on terrain.

Truth is I'm jealous as hell, Id love to be able to walk for 3 hours.

Just start with 30 mins a day. Each week increase by quarter of an hour! You would soon get there!
