Fiat Wheel Trims (the inner one?) (1 Viewer)

One of our wheel trims is missing. Whilst in France we saw lots of Fiats with smaller 'wheel nut' covers that just cover the centre section of the wheel. Does any one know what they are called and where I can buy some please?

I don't think there is any way to keep it on the wheel without the nuts unless it is a full trim
