We plan on going to the weighbridge with our new MH when we get it loaded up for 'the off'. Does the gross weight include driver and passengers ?

Other more experienced guys will reply later but I think it does.
It's the total weight whilst travelling therefore driver and passenger(s) should be included.

It is the total weight of the vehicle as initially seen/stopped by the police/vosa. i.e. even down to where passengers were sat etc.

They now call it... MAM
Maximum Authorised Mass..

The Weight shown on your vehicle weight plate is absolute max no matter what you have inside it, people, water, cuddly toys etc... Not to be exceeded.

If you go to weigh and you dont sit inside, just remember to add your weight plus any passengers that may travel.
