All the ones I've seen on other MHs there is big screw cap on the tank and a bath plug inside.

Our Hobby was as Brian says,, but it was an almost equally large ( as the top cap ) screw in thing in the bottom ! When you undid it I had to hold on to something in case it sucked me out !!!

Failing the above.....if its an internal tank have a look for a tap in the pipework leaving the tank to the taps/pump.

It may look like an inline tap but may be a T dropping through the floor

Since 1968'ish
recently had to `find ` mine in our new to us van was under the galley units on the floor two dump/drain valves one for the f/w water system and one to drain down h/w boiler
