Hover the mouse pointer over your name (top tool bar on right)

find 'Avatar' (7 down on left column) and click on it.. then browse your PC for an image to upload

Are you sure it's the avatar
Find an avatar, right click, click copy image, go to your profile, click paste where it says avatar, job done

I was tempted to change this blue lanky bloke to my avatar as a demo, but I wasn't sure if I could find my current one on the forum as I don't have a copy on my tablet where I am now in Spain. I will experiment when I get home.
