I saw this a while ago and decided to give it a go

It seems a good way to give my body a rest and lose a bit of weight. And raise a few quid for a very worthwhile charity.

I'm gonna put in some for each day I stay off the sauce. (Got a wedding and a 50th in October). Also gonna bung some extra in for every pound I lose in weight


It would be nice to raise a bit more in sponsorship, so if any of you fancy bunging in a few quid for charity, then great

Going great. I just switched off and see it as a chance to lose weight as and raise some dosh
