Decided to have a couple of nights at a proper Campsite, so we could catch up on some of the washing..

I have turned my knickers inside out so many times I have lost count...

Nice run down from Esterat, or what ever it`s called.... that was a lovely little French coastal village,,,, reminded me of Durdle Door, down in Dorset...(y)

Any way, Judy picked this site out of the ACSi book.... It`s lovely..... big pitches be they on grass, but very firm... Spotless showers & Toilets.... on site Bar/Cafe/Restaurant... swimming pool and very friendly helpful staff.. and a Poole Table for Paul.... so he is happy..:D

Not sure where we are heading after this....

Yet again No Funsters here... :(;)

This is the site, not far from Hornfleur Aire.. Broken Link Removed

So there you are Mo..... Etretat...! This was one of the dreams I have had for about 35 years and that I only fulfilled last year when on our way back from the UK!

May be you have noticed a very special rock in the sea. It is called l'Aiguille Creuse, and gave its name to a book involving our famous gentleman robber "Arsène Lupin". Foreigners seem to call it "the Elephant" from what I heard.

When Yannick my son was away for "round the world trip" he mentioned it, as he and his girl friend had gone there, and dedicated his visit to me on his blog, see here : h

And Honfleur is beautiful. Yes it's crowded and touristy but no denying it's beauty.
Campsite looks nice--enjoy your stay.
