This van currently on site is just leaving and amazingly had a habitation door on each side. Have never seen one with 2 doors before.
It looks like a classic caravan and in excellent condition.

I once bought a motorhome with 2 habitation doors. Both on the same side though. With the passenger door it had 3 on the nearside.

The door on the other side led to the kitchen but on nosing from afar could see that the toilet was near as a frosted window was on one of the 3 rear windows and a little porthole window on the side that was also frosted. Very neat

many many years! since I was a kid
there was a bid of a fad for the 2 door models a few years back, so theres quite a few about

mind you, I looked at a 2 door caravan (opposite each other) once which i could get at below trade price. on close inspection, the van body was flexing across the roof so neither door fitted right. I passed on buying it as in my view it was only a matter of time before it cracked and started leaking. no surprise why it was so cheap

1962/4 Royal.... had two doors, one near the kitchen and a door internally that you could close, thus having a separate door on the outside to use the toilet...

Single glazed and weighed a ton (Well Over).. Light Oak interior or on special order.. Dark Oak...;) (y)

10 years this time
I had a CI Fairhome Goldfinch 16ft Caravan, That had a door on both sides. The door on the OS was at the rear and acted as a ventilation for the rear kitchen and a shortcut from the rear toilet. The front NS door was into the lounge area of the van. I lived full time in that van for 8 years.

I bought it from a guy who bought it and damaged it towing it out of the dealers premises. It went straight back in for repairs. On driving it out the second time he dinted and scraped the lower skirt panel again on the same kerb stone, so brought it to my site to store it and asked me to find a buyer as he no longer wanted it. It still had the damage and scrape mark when I got rid of it as scrap after 20 years.
