Has anybody got any fav recipes for to cook when in your Motor Home?

not a recipe, but we bought a cobb bbq at the nec in feb.and since then i've been able to cook roasts,curry's,chinese etc.outside without stinking out the van.really great buy.not had my cadac out since.shame it wasn't a tads bigger though ,but then again,maybe i need to cut down a bit!!!
