Bought a safari room from John at Rose awnings at Detling

Told him no real hurry to deliver but he said about two weeks

Nothing last Friday so rang them

Sorry, will be out to you early next week..

Another week slipped by and still nothing..

Just tried to ring them and the fone rings for a wee while then goes dead.

Getting a little concerned to say the least !!

Three weeks and even after chasing and two promises no safari room :Sad:

Why don't you ring showground and ask to get one of their mobiles they all carry them as they usually are out around showground doing fittings,
we had awning from them at a show. Or if any funsters are at show get them to get mobile for you. - any help

Just really disappointed they have let me down ( again )
They came highly recommended and John seems a lovely chap.. so I would rather put it down to a glitch in service rather than anything else

The little business car is at his workshop so there should be an answer at some point. We have had 2 awnings from John and would recommend him.

Sue ( TheOnlySue )just rang me to let me know she spoke to John at the show and he said it had been fedex'd out this morning so its all good :thumb:

l used John to put the bike rack on CB he came up to Manchester to do it ....first bit of major work l have had done on CB and not used Eddie and Vanbitz but it was the difficulty of getting down before some vague time.
John Rose did a top job can not fault his staying in touch through all my questions on email and phone and his advice on the rack.
