I know Jim has many talents and I think it would be a great idea for him to have a campsite to run abroad.
I have found the very one for him here in Diano Marina.
It is in a lovely position in the hills above the town. It is a short walk into town but not difficult.
It does need a light touch decor wise,though.
I've taken a picture of the toilet block and one of the outdoor washing areas.
I'm not sure about the tiles though.
What do you thnk?

Could be a good site, just cut the grass and demolish the toilet block.

There are far to few sites without facilities that could then charge a sensible rate, rather than having to fork out for staff to clean the showers that we don't use.
