This is now a confirmed rally.
Dates are Monday 20th July to Saturday 25th July 2026. 5 nights..
Arrive Monday after 9am and depart on the Saturday by 12 noon.
Rally fee for the 5 nights is £60.
I will take names and start a list, payment will be required IN FULL approx 1 month before the event.
This will give people time to cancel in case they have other plans that crop up and also save me the hassle of taking deposits.
It will be mostly grass parking around the rugby fields with some hardstanding for anyone who prefers or needs it.
ELSAN , Fresh water tap, Rubbish bins available.
EHU Electic hook up is NOT available, however you can charge scooter batteries / phones in the main building.
We will have sole use of a very nice club room and it's bring your own drinks. Toilets available 9am - 11pm ish
There are showers BUT are communal, typical rugby club style.
I will decide nearer the time is these will be opened ( could depend if i can find any Funster cleaners
)
Bus stop is a very short walk away and a regular service into both Oswestry and Shrewsbury.
DOGS... Welcome and are allowed in the club room during the day.
HOWEVER I would request no dogs in the club room during the evenings. Hopefully the weather will be good so most of the time will be spend outside anyway.
