9.00 am onwards Arrive on site
12.00 onwards Welcome tea & Coffee in the barn
7.30 pm Big buffet bring one savoury dish & Dessert
Followed by Quizz night
Friday 12th
10.am tea, Coffee & cake morning
11.am walk to nearby White Horse Pub and Ogston reservoir
2.00 pm ??
8.00 pm The Nowheremen take you back to the 60’s & 70's
Saturday 13th
10.30 Fixing your motorhome problems workshop
2.30 pm Outdoor or indoor games Ideas welcome
7.00 BBQ Evening Bring food, or use own or large gas BBQ provided
A selection of salads and special rice will be provided.
9.00 am Race night on the big screen.
Sunday 14th
10.00 Coffee morning
Afternoon Outdoor or indoor games Ideas welcome
6.00 pm Pie & Peas from local butcher
Home made Meat, or Homity Pie with Mushy peas and gravy.

Stretton Hall Farm Shop & Cafe
Ilex Farm is situated south of Chesterfield off the A61 and 1 mile from Clay Cross, Approximately 6 miles from M1 junction 29 from the north or 28 from the south.
The site has a new website llex Farm Camping where you will find more information about the site and surrounding area.
Part of a modern barn building on the site has been fitted out for group use with space for 100 people. It is has a stage, lighting video projector and 3.5 Metre wide screen and sound system.

*not included in the price
The rally cost will be £75 with a non-refundable deposit of £20 by end of July. Full payment 22nd August
Additional nights can be booked at a cost of £15 per night.
