we took out the shower base and fibreglassed a thick layer ( doesnt have to be pretty ) underneath - i believe we even added a block of wood and let it set in and around the wood, never happened again.

Stress cracks or movement cracks? Stress cracks can be plastic welded. Moving cracks need to be supported underneath to stop it happening again

A company called Speedicoat is the way forward, a lot said about how good they are on this forum

Yes speedcoat are good but expensive for what they do. You need to tackle the root cause to stop it happening again. Stress cracks tend to be like spiders webs caused by the way the van moves. Cracks caused by poor support open when you stand in the tray. The former problem is cheaper to fix long term

I had mine speedcoated, the van will rot around the tray, it Is definitely worth it, also you can pick the colour.
