Hi, would this panel need a regulator to maintain a battery, or would it connect directly to the battery

Hi, good question. I've looked into it and quite frankly I've had conflicting information re regulators. Some say yes others no! I was told as long as you don't leave it constantly connected it was fine so I can't say more than that.It is, however as it's sold from Go Outdoors.Hope that helps
