A couple of minor age related marks. No expense spared.

I have some service history but have all recites /jobs done whilst in my ownership

Very clean inside and out, 2 beds,-1 fixed rear double-1 drop down over cab double (unused in my ownership) sleeps up to 4 people in comfort.

2.5 TDi Diesel Engine, 5 speed manual Gearbox.

Lots of goodies and luxuries you can expect, from this type of Hymer

With almost new MOT, V5 in my possession and in my name

Viewing highly recommended.

Initially sold on behalf of a widow, I had bought this motomehome to replace mine written off in an RTC.in July 2018

I collected from Derbyshire, and then drove it home to Plymouth with a smile on my face, as it ticked all the boxes needed.

Back home in workshop conditions a thorough inspection was carried out. It was apparent that it had stood unused for a while, so......

All oils engine and gearbox were drained and then replaced with new and appropriate filters (Fuel and Air)

A new full Gates cam belt kit and w.pump fitted.

New batteries and equipment were transferred from my other damaged Moho.

The process of upgrading to PHGV was also started via SV-Tech.

Stocked up and within days I was playing catch up with family down on the costa`s for a few weeks or so.

Down through France, over the Pyrenees and down through Spain it performed well didn’t miss a beat, though it was apparent the brakes were “lacking” and something to address back on home turf’

Likewise the return trip was as enjoyable and uneventful.

Once back home the complete brake system was checked resulting in:

New front discs, Pads and callipers .Both sides.

New rear shoes and wheel slave cylinders

New (4) flexi brake hoses and the whole system drained and replaced with correct fluids

The upgrade to PHGV was also finalised (3700kg gvm 5250 gtm)

Van was already with heavy duty springs on rear but as I had an almost new set of air suspension then this was added, also with onboard gages and compressor.

Originally the van came with roof mounted 240v Air Con working, but heavy and old.

This was removed and replaced with a 12v maxxfan deluxe with remote, wired to batteries fed by solar so free to use, and keeps van cool.

I have used to travel to various meets and rallies around the country, revisited Spain and saw the Aurora Borealis last year on our Scandinavian tour has returned good
fuel burn. And got me everywhere I needed to go.

After every long trip I inspect and give it an oil change and new oil and fuel filters .
Edit.
Forgot to say soon after return from Scandinavian trip,a full new clutch was fitted and at the same time new front shocks and heavy duty springs ,both front wheel bearings also fitted
So the mechanical running gear is now as good as new.

It starts first turn of the key and drives smooth and true

This year upon reaching my 3 score years and ten, I decided against the retention of the c1 category on my licence so a paper exercise was carried out and van is now at 3500kg gvm ( again via SV Tech and dvla) this can be upgraded again by any new keeper as everything is the same ,tyres are 225 70 15 instead of 215.
Talking of which 4 new tyres were fitted last year and a full size spare is included.

Various other creature comforts have been fitted and stay with moho.

The TV in the picture does not come as part of the sale, but another can be provided
"Howi" has been set up for long time off the grid camping, but is just at home (through gritted teeth) on any campsite

I did not think I would ever be offering this for sale, but I have another ongoing project that is now going to run a lot longer due to constraints of the present pandemic.

Have not prepared for sale as yet so still full of my junk .

It flew through the recent mot and is/will be ready for the next owner to have their own great travels.

Viewing is highly recommended, spend as much time as you like to inspect should you be interested. Bring your mechanic friend and tapping hammer and damp meter, this is a real gem from when Hymers use to build them right.

Please PM me if interested.
