Fiat Ducato bonnet ventilation intake ducting water deflector tray to solve another Fiat Ducato engine bay water ingress issue. Water running into the intake ducting from the bonnet vent grills seeps through the rubber seal attached to the ducting. This leak drips onto the engine, gearbox and electrics causing serious expensive water damage.
My design doesn’t stop the leak but collects the water and diverts it safely away via two pipes which are included. It is 3D printed in ASA high temperature filament, and comes complete with stainless steel screws, pipe securing clips and full fitting instructions below. It fits Ducato, Boxer and Relay vans (Coach built and Panel Vans, Not A Class) from 2006 up to 2026 Gen3 and Gen4, RHD and LHD. This new MK6 version is designed to fit all these vans, unlike my previous MK3 and MK4.
It comes in three versions, Front pipe exit and Rear pipe exit and the new Four pipe exit. Have a good look at your engine bay and decide on the best route for your drains pipes before purchasing. If you have good clear space at the rear of the engine bay go for the REAR version. If space looks a bit tight back there then go for the FRONT version and drape the pipes over to the passengers side wheel arch area. The choice is yours. The MK6 will always fit. It’s just a matter of you deciding your preferred route to run the pipes and choose accordingly. Just keep in mind when draping, as long as the water exiting the drain pipes is not landing on anything susceptible to water damage you are good to go.

BEWARE of Chinese copies on eBay. They are appalling with NO customer support and made of P.L.A. which is totally unsuitable for engine bay temperatures. They are also copies of my earlier designs, so while the design is still fine, its not the most up to date iteration. The only genuine deflector (BVD) on eBay is listed by us, paulandchrissybabe
