For sale Ducato Bonnet Air Vent Leak Solution.

Fiat Ducato Bonnet Vent water ingress problem. This is a 3D printed water capture tray that diverts the water dripping out of the bottom of the bonnet ventilation intake cowling between the bonnet and the heater cowling on X250 and X290 Ducatos 2006-Current. The original rubber seal fails to prevent water dripping onto the air filter casing and the gearbox. I did originally design a cover to go over the bonnet vents, but soon realised this would not work while driving. I needed a solution that could stay in place 24/7. This solution is fit and forget. The tray is in two halves as it’s too big to print in one piece, but assembles very easily. Only things needed to fit it is a little Sikaflex or equivalent, 2mm and 5mm drills and a crosshead screwdriver. Comes complete with stainless screws, drain hose and instructions.
