For sale Adria Sonic I700SC

Purchased in 02/2023 at a dealership with 7258 miles. Now at almost 17000 miles. Very little used for first 10 years and is in excellent condition. Selling as getting a caravan.

MOT expires 22/02/2026. Serviced 02/2025 incl. brake fluid change. Partial service history at 2691, 7258 and 16801 miles (see pics). Habitation check 03/2025 – expired CO2 and smoke alarms replaced. Very low damp levels (see pics).

Large rear bedroom with island bed and ample storage. A separate shower and toilet. Kitchen with 3 burner gas hod, oven with grill, sink and a Thetford 3 way fridge. Lounge area with seating for 6 people. Large electric drop down bed in the cab area. Four belted seats.

Truma blown air central heating and hot water. 115 litre fresh water tank. 90 litre grey waste tank underslung with option to heat in cold weather. Two leisure batteries replaced 02/2023. Solar panel. Large garage area that can be heated and also containing the spare wheel. The central skylight was replaced 07/2024 with a Maxair fan than can be set to extract or pull in air, this kept the van comfortable in the south of France in August.

Fiamma three bike rack fitted 07/2024. External gas point for BBQ. External shower. Electrically operated step for habitation door. Gas cabinet for two 6kg bottle. Parksafe twin reverse camera with dash mounted monitor fitted May 2023. TV aerial.

Based on a Fiat Ducato with 6 speed manual gearbox, 3 litre engine with 180hp. Strong engine and easily copes with hills even when fully laden. Revenue weight is 4200kg so will require a C1 licence. Took to a weighbridge (14/03/2024) weighed 3380kg empty. The payload is very generous. Window wiper motor and relay control was replaced 14/02/2025. Cab air con. Cruise control. Four new tyres in 02/2023. Instrument cluster warning lights repair 03/2025 (common fault on Fiat Ducato vans).

Faults that will be fixed: Reversing camera monitor is faulty will be replaced under warranty, will be sorted in next week. The repaired windscreen wiper motor was not set up correctly and will be fixed on the 24/03/2025.

Other faults: The table in lounge area is moveable forward and back, and left and right. The locking mechanism for moving forward and back is broken. The mirror in the bathroom has LED strip lighting on left and right side. The LED on left side does not work.
