Default Adding Pdf Document to a thread?

I have a useful Pdf List of recommended Vets in Europe who are familiar with the Pet Passport scheme.

The Pdf document is around 180kb and the limit to attach to a thread is under 20kb.

I also have individual documents, between 150kb and 300kb, for each Vet with photos and maps to help Members find Vets with the minimum of effort and fuss.

How, or where, can I post these documents in these forums - or can't I?
