Default Free WiFi everywhere in France

GOOD NEWS
MacDonalds fast food outlets in France now offer unsecured WiFi.
If you park in the street outside any of their outlets, you can logon, download your mail, Skype your mates and even post this message without having to poison yourself on their revolting wares
The first time you use the service you have to fill in a questionnaire telling them how wonderful they are and how grateful you are. Well, talk is cheap

Something for nothing, maybe it will catch on

That's good news, there are still swathes of space in Europe where funsters report that they cannot find anywhere to get on line. But it is getting better, so much so, the internet satellite system for motorhomes that I thought was essential for extended travels looks less and less inviting as these wifi spots keep multiplying.

Quite a few campsites in France, Italy and Switzerland are now providing wifi connections. A lot of them are free. If you use their terminal for Internet access it can be quite expensive.

I do not concur. What proof do you have.Your statement about their food should be substantiated otherwise you are bringing this forum into disrepute. Just keep to facts about the WIFI
