Default Motorhome Parking website

Blatant self-promotion maybe - but it is a free site, not commercial

I'm prompted to start this thread by a couple of comments on the "why choose a motorhome? not a caravan" thread referring to height barriers and other restrictions.

For anyone who doesn't know about the site, it is Motorhome Friendly and Unfriendly Parking.

One of the features is a downloadable set of sat nav PoIs of places where parking is possible. This has grown in size from 1200 places in March 2007, when I first created the set, to 1488 places as of a couple of weeks ago.

Yes, there are restrictions in many places but it's not all doom and gloom.

Graham

Default Parking in New Brighton Wirral

An excellent site.

I was looking at your info regarding parking at Fort Perch Rock, New Brighton.

In addition to this you can park anywhere along New Brighton Promenade right up to Hoylake.

Its free and friendly and you have the beach and the sea for fishing right beside you.

Not to sure about overnight parking but I will find out.

Thanks. I've added a note to the New Brighton entry.

Regards,
