Just seen this on a thread, didn't even know you could block a poster, can't think of a reason why I would though. Do many of you have an ignore list?

only ever put one member in the 'Hole' as i really couldnt stand him, but thats a private thing.
it does play hell with the posts though as you end up with gaps.
the 'ignored' posters profile is still shown but no text so the following post can be totally off thread.
eventually i took him off the iggy list but just ignored his sarky replies and snide comments.
glad the muppets gone elsewhere to wind them up.....bet he came here after being chucked off the darkside.

I know its there Olley but would never use it.. Not even for those that I shall not name. Its not meant to be that serious. If I wanted that, I would visit one of the other forums. that I also wont mention.

Well on the grounds that it is better to know than not to know, I think blocking a poster is self defeating, I read every thing that catches my eye, whether I agree or not.
But I suppose its a good thing we are not all the same.
