Howie is bewildered as to why you would shave something only then to put a wig on it! Why not just use peroxide?!

This was mentioned on Mr Fry's QI a couple of weeks ago. They said it was a toupee for a lady's VERY private parts.
So I did know what it was without having to Google it - but it was new to me at the time of QI !!
