Default Knocking the opposition - big time.

No, you will be surprised, I'm not taking a pot shot at the dark side. I'm just showing you one that makes our digs look amateur.

I've just had an email:
==========================
Premier Inn admits to website anomaly which may be overcharging thousands since June 2009

Dear Brian

We know that Travelodge customers also use other hotel brands, so we were keen to let you know about some news which might affect you.
==========================

It goes on to say that the Premier Inn website effectively hides the £29 rooms that it says are available and in fact are available so overcharging many people. They offer nothing in compensation.

So Travelodge their biggest competitor is organising an on line petition against Premier Travel Inn to make them refund people.

I've never seen an action like that between two big name competitors before. We are quite tame by comparison.

We *should* start something to get hold of motorhomefun.com. I feel it must be breaking the "passing off" laws somehow.

Strangely enough we had a letter recently from Marquis Motorhomes solicitors accusing us of underhand tactics in that some url with a reference in it somewhere to Marquis redirected them to the Johns Cross website!!

Absolutely nothing to do with us in any shape or form whatsoever.

Peter
