The meeting is the second Monday of the month.. We meet at the Milton roundabout Tesco's at about 7pm, have a bit of a waffle then off for a meal at a pub about 5 miles away.

Good bunch of people and a good social night out !

Here is a link for you with more info:

Hi, thanks for that link, I will have a look later on, the one we are getting now is the hybrid one with the eco button, the one they lent us has it and it's a bit off putting at first, it put's me in panic mode keep stopping. We went to Norwich (Jane was driving) the other day in heavy traffic and I was amaized how quick it starts again. Mind you that wont get a lot of use when I'm driving.................Bob.

Hi Paul, thats what we liked about it, good on fuel ( because us country folk don't need speed) as long as it's faster than a tractor that's fine, and zero road tax........

But as it broke down before we got home we rejected it..... I know new car's smell but this was red hot and would not pull and would not work in Auto, not a good start in life.

The dealer took a while to find the fault, and when we said we did not want it, they were not upset, and said we can have the new 2010 model in December, which is the same engine with more BHP, which made me think they were not happy with the other engine, as it's only been out a short while. So someone will be buying a one owner car with 31 miles on the clock, and who knows it may go forever trouble free.

So now we will get the Petrol Hybrid model, and hope we have more luck with that................ And pay the £35 a year road tax Bob.

My Smarty currently does around the 40mpg mark on a run.. about 35 in town.. and road tax is a serious £105.00 pa
But it does top out at 120mph and does 0-60 in a tad over 6 seconds, so I guess I cannot have it both ways !!!!!!
