For any fallout, black spots, etc on plastic windows, I have used a clay bar with lubricant, often used with car valeting. Works really well without leaving marks.

Ive not used it my self but i saw windscreen T Cut in Halfords ,not sure if its for glass or perspex

Brasso also works on plastic sunglasses lens and plastic watch glasses - magic.
