Default Scratched woodwork!

I know most of you have newish Motorhomes but i was wondering if you had and tips for hiding scratches on my interior woodwork?
Its a light colored MDF type wood effect and the scratches are showing a white-ish background!
Thought about wood stain but wanted to hear from the experts first!

I always use tops scratch cover, which is an easy to apply oil.
I have also used boot polish (the right colour of course) on a bit of paper towel.
