I'm in the process of buying a motorhome off them, I find I am having to call them, even though they have promised to call me. I was given wrong information about the vehicle I am buying, I changed hospital appointments so we could collect the van today but found out on Monday that now wasn't possible but only after we called them. As for service & repairs I can't comment.

Maybe I expect too much but up to now I have only left a deposit I worry what the after sales is like after I have paid fully, but I can only find out after I take delivery.
I last bought from Germany & I would give the dealer there 10 out of 10 in all the dealings we had with him.
